Im Master-Studiengang Analytical Instruments, Measurement and Sensor Technology (AIMS) müssen die Studierenden ein Semester lang im Ausland studieren. Die Studiengebühren dafür werden zu festen Terminen von der Hochschule Coburg an die Partner-Hochschule weiterleiten.

Auch bei Zahlungsschwierigkeiten der Studierenden bleibt hier kein Spielraum. Im Februar 2024 wurde der Hochschulverein vom Studiengang um Unterstützung gebeten und konnte mit einem Überbrückungsgeld helfen.

Der Student bedankte sich überschwänglich:

„I am a student of Analytical Instruments Measurement & Sensor Technology (AIMS) at Coburg University. I came from Ethiopia to pursue my studies in this field, which is very interesting. I have learned a lot from the professors and the facilities at Coburg.

In Italy, I will continue my second semester at the University of Siena. I hope to gain more knowledge and skills in AIMS, as well as experience a different culture and language. I think this exchange will be very beneficial for my personal and professional development.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the members of Hochschulverein for their kindness and generosity. Without your help, I would not be able to afford this opportunity. You are making a difference in the lives of students like me. Thank you very much!“

Ergänzung: Zum Stand Ende Juli hatte der Student diese Hilfe bereits weitgehend wieder zurückgezahlt.
